Semantic Analysis And Cultural Illustration Of "Pin" And Words Containing"Pin" In The Aesthetic Category

In the process of evolution from monosemic words to polysemy,"Pin"obtains sememes in the aspects of aesthetics and become an important category of Chinese classical aesthetics.This article extracts sememes containing [+many][+class] or[+appreciate][+comment] and the "Pin" relating to the category of aesthetics and its parameter configuration words as the object of study. The focus of the analysis lies on "～Pin" and "Pin-" regarded as a core aesthetic category, inspecting its semantic features and explaining its generating and acceptable cultural context.
