Marx’s practical philosophy was the revolution of the traditional philosophy; its revolution gave expression to attention to real living people and existence world. Young Marx believed in Hegelianism,he discovered Hegelianism’s the abstract nature through to the real economic problems attention and then suspect Hegelianism. Due to the influence of Feuerbach’s old materialism, Marx criticized state outlook and legal view of Hegelianism, Marx took the eyes of the study further to all fields of the economic and social relationship. Stripped of Young Hegelian, Marx realized the transformation from idealism to materialism through the critique of Hegel’s idealism and all the old materialism; he established practical materialism philosophy which paid attention to real person and society."Practice" was an important concept of practical materialism philosophy. The essence of human existence way was practice, practice was the criterion for testing truth, the world was a dialectical process of historical development, and this one process was based on practice. Marx’s philosophy was not for critique and for critique and his aim was to construct, so he put philosophy and practice as well as philosophy and the proletariat connect to set up the revolutionary theory of human liberation. Since the Mark’s philosophy was born, person understood and explained the theory from a different angle. The1920s, Lukacs, Antonio Gramsci and Karl Korsch advocated a return to the Marxism critical spirit and realized the function from theory to reality the formation of the overall critique and than formed the vocal western Marxism trend.The Western Marxism theorists directly inherited Marx’s alienation theory, the critical spirit of revolution and critical capitalism in order to commit to the goal of human liberation. In view of the multi-azimuth criticism through criticizing various cultural forces of alienation to reach all-around critique, they realized the Turn of social cultural critique. Among them especially Frankfurt school’s technology rational critique, ideology critique, mass cultural critique and character psychological mechanism were the most profound critique. But their critical theory had differences from Marx’s in the emphasis of critique, the main body of the revolution and he revolutionary strategies. Despite these differences, their cultural critical theory was under the critique of practical philosophy. Practical philosophy has been premise and foundation of Western Marxism’s cultural critical theory. Their concern for mankind’s existence situation and human ultimate destiny highlighted critical spirit and value orientation of the Marxism practical philosophy. The perspective of Western Marxism cultural critique was inherent in the theory of practice philosophy. So to speak, cultural critique was a form of contemporary practice philosophy’s expression, a component; it was the new development form and content of practical philosophy.
