Since the seventeenth Party Congress, Chinese culture industry has been working on the innovation of cultural content、in-depth reform of the system and the development of means of communication. Through the way of improving the support of nonprofit cultural institutions and encouraging culture innovation, Chinese government creates a good media environment, which promotes the development of culture industry. In such media environment, Chinese TV drama industry always put interests of the community in the first place. It pays attention to economic interests as well as property to society. It has developed in drama production. Chinese drama industry has entered an era of prosperity and development.Chinese TV drama industry consists of four parts:TV drama production agencies、media、audience and advertisers. The four elements coordinate each other. It needs business strategy in the process of selling and purchasing of TV dramas. This article will analyze the business strategy to promote the development and explore the direction of future.In recent years, self-made drama, custom theater, independent radio drama premiere drama are popular phenomenon in the TV drama market. The essence of them is operational, which is in order to achieve drama playback optimization, in the intensified market competition.
