Chinese civilization has a profound history of five thousand years,there are manyancient management ethics thoughts that in the treasure-house of Chinese culture stillinspiring and brilliant.The research is based on the special status of Master Xun as thelast foremost master of pre-Qin Dynasty, and using the literature analysis method toexcavate the management ethics thoughts of Master Xun.The aim of this investigationis to grasp the basic framework of Master Xun’s management ethics thoughtsintegrally, thus,searching the communicate path of management and ethics in thoughtsof Master Xun.And further conclude that,the real meaning of Master Xun’smanagement ethics thoughts is to enlighte the human nature,furthermore,reveal thebenign interactive relationship between management and ethics in moral enlightenmentof individual and construction of community order.The first part of this essay mainly discusses the background of Master Xun’smanagement ethics thoughts.Respectively from three angles including the political,economic, and social flow，this thesis will analyse the social environment of Springand Autumn period and the Warring states period,thus,explain the realistic conditionsand theory source of the formation of Master Xun’s management ethics thoughts.Thesecond part of this article will emphatically explain the main content of Master Xun’smanagement ethics thought in detail.This part mainly adopts management route toelaborate the management ethics thoughts of Master Xun from four aspects, includingthe human nature hypothesis of management,the moral main body of management,the ethical principles of management and the ethical goals of management,and reveals theessence of civilization in the management ethics thoughts of Master Xun.The last partof this essay is mainly to historically evaluate the management thoughts of MasterXun,and then, conclusively try to take the essence of Master Xun’s managementthoughts, discard the dregs as well.
