| Russian and Chinese belong to different language families and they both havesimilarities and differences in the aspect of affirmative single verb predicate sentence.Students from Russian district is prone to make mistakes between word orders, whilestudying such sentences. This dissertation, exploring the word order of affirmativesingle verb predicate sentence with several aspects concerning comparison research aswell as questionnaires conducted, summarizes the reasons why Russian students makemistakes regarding the word order and propose teaching suggestions. Chapter Onesummarizes the results and deficiencies in the area of former research and declare therespect of this dissertation. Chapter Two of the dissertation goes from the syntacticform of the Chinese and Russian order structure to compare the word order of singleverb objective sentence in Chinese and Russian with the theory of the real meaning ofthe sentence segmentation as well as the definition of grammar. Chapter Threesummarizes the failed adoption by the students of Russian district regarding the use ofChinese word order. And in this chapter the author conducted questionnaires whichfocuses on the adverbial and complement part of sentence and gave teachingstrategies; Finally, the Chapter Four summarizes the qualitative and quantitativeanalysis in the former two chapters and draws the conclusion and propose teachingrecommendations. |
