Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language is teaching Chinese as asecond language. The fundamental purpose of education is to cultivatestudents ’ Chinese communicative level and improve the levels of ourstudents in learning to understand and master the knowledge conferred byteachers, while increasing student capacity to flexible use of what they havelearned, to stimulate students ’ enthusiasm for exploring new knowledge.The design of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language is the basicway to achieve the objective of teaching. Through the instructional designresearch and continuously optimized, the quality of class will be enhancedand achieved the fundamental objective of teaching Chinese as a ForeignLanguage. According to theories of various fields acquired during graduatetime and the application of practice, the theory, which is based on Education,Education of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, Psychology, SecondLanguage Acquisition, Chinese Language and Communication, whilesuppled by teaching for a semester-long internship experience to reflect onsuch research. First to determine the instructional design principles, underthe guidance of the teaching principles, combine the characteristics of theclass type, students level to select appropriate and practical methods ofteaching vocabulary, grammer and texts, ultimatly optimizing the teachingdesign. After finishing the design, using the design for practical teaching.During the class to find and record the issues in order to optimize the design.Through the teaching design, the reserch can find an appropriate way tohelp,guide the students to master the goals and to cultivatestudents’comprehensive application ability in Chinese.This article take Four Seasons in Beijing as an example to make ateaching design for the class mainly made up with Mongolia students. Selecting the most suitable method to teach all languageknowledge(including pronunciation, Chinese characters, vocabulary,grammer etc.). After the practical teaching,evaluate and reflect the design sothat providing some reference and inspiration for the design of TeachingChinese as a Foreign Language.
