Study On Localizers In XinJiaoYuanKanZaJuSanShiZhong

With the continuous deepening and refinement of Chinese research, the localizerresearch gets more and more attention from experts and scholars. Research of localizers inmodern Chinese is very comprehensive, it’s combined with modern linguistic theory for amore in-depth discussion. It has initially formed a system. In contrast, the research of EarlyModern Chinese is much more weak, some discussions of sporadic cases are scatteredthroughout various monographs and papers. We chose XinJiaoYuanKanZaJuSanShiZhong asour corpus, for its age is comparatively exact and it can reflect the appearance of YuanDynasty’s oral language. We strive to make a useful exploration of the Early ModernChinese localizers.From semantics and syntax aspects, by using the method of statistics,this paper studies83localizers (including the24localizers and59composite localizers).We also analysethose words by using some modern linguistic theories. This paper is divided into sevenparts: the introduction section introduces why we chose the corpus and its value, thecurrent situation of research on XinJiaoYuanKanZaJuSanShiZhong and localizers, researchmethod; The first chapter to the forth chapter introduce the usage of the24localizers andanalyse them from semantics and syntax aspects; The second chapter mainly introduces the59composite localizers; The concluded section summarizes the main features of thelocalizers of XinJiaoYuanKanZaJuSanShiZhong from semantic and syntactic aspects.
