In this paper, the finite element methods of rectangle nested refinement for two-dimensional elliptic boundary value problem on planar region are given, the convergence analysis results of the nested refinement of rectangle finite element solution are obtained, the Q1truncation finite element method and the convergence result are studied. This paper is organized as follows:In chapter I, the history of the finite element method and related theory are summarized, the main results of this paper are given. In chapter II, on planar region, the finite element method of rectangle nested refinement and some related properties are given, the convergence results of finite element solution are obtained. In chapter III, the Q1truncation finite element method of rectangle nested refinement is researched, and the convergence result of Q1truncation finite element solution is provided. In chapter IV, for the results of theoretical analysis are described in this paper, a numerical example is given.
