Heat Treatment Process System Research And Development

Heat treatment of metal is very important in the field of machine technology.Heattreatment process is a vital technology improving property of part and excavatingpotentiality of material. Posteriori process design basing on the basis theory of heattreatment is used in production for long term. Reproducing, high efficiency andlow-pressure are not realized. Heat treatment process design system is on the basis ofLife Cycle, intelligent model and Visual FoxPro. Heat treatment process’ computeraided design and management is realized.It is researched on heat treatment technology and software engineering theory inthis paper. Maths model of heat time, temprature of annealing and cool time is founded.According as heat treatment process design, data requirement is analyzed on thebasis of inputting and outputting data for process design. Function requirement isanalyzed on heat treatment process design, process management and technology datamanagement.On the basis of requirement analysis, table structure, fields and types of processparameter,process management,steel composition,heat treatment equipment,steelmachine property and other technology data are designed.ER data model is establishedfor freedom table.It is a data foundation of function design.Structure and detail of process system are designed. Intelligent design of heattreatment process is realized that quench hardening and tempering, quench hardening,normalizing, annealing function module are designed. Process management of quenchhardening and tempering, quench hardening, normalizing, annealing is designed.It hasfunction of adding, modifying, deleting and inquiring.Environment of process system and step of loading technology date areposed.Result of running process system is analyzed and evaluated. Result: processes ofquench hardening and tempering, quench hardening, normalizing, annealing made inprocess system are consistent with process files by hand in this paper. High efficiency ofdesigning process and low-pressure for technicians are realized.Computer is made infield of designing machine process files in this paper.
