Local Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Safety Production Problems And Countermeasures Research

Along with the fast advancement of the marketability and industrialization, the smalland medium-sized enterprises growing up, the problem of safety in production is becomingconspicuous. In this paper, the writer draws on the experience and research of safety inproduction from our country and other countries. By ways of investigating, consulting data,seeking advice from the experts, it studied the present situation and improving ways of thesmall and medium-sized enterprises, as well as using the theory on public management andsafety in production.（1）Introducing the severe situation of our small and medium-sized enterprises,production safety as well as the current domestic and external research situation of,production safety.（2）Selecting He Chuan City which is still undeveloped on its economy to be theobject of study. In order to represent the present situation of the small and medium-sizedenterprises objectively, this paper made investigation and analysis on some dangerousindustries of the city.（3）By ways of analyzing the test paper on investigation, seeking advice from theexperts and industrial managers, consulting concerned data from this city,s departmentssuch as Labor Guarantee, this paper made investigation and research on the presentproduction safety situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises. On the basis of this,the paper analyses the problem of production safety from inner industry and the externalworld. The paper finds out the reasons of the problem on production safety.（4）In order to guide us finding out the solutions on strengthening the productionsafety objectively, this paper analyses the possible tendency of safety production.（5）Making a research on how to improve the production safety from inner industryand the external world, raising17pieces of advices.（6）At last, discussing the problem of produce safety and raising advices.
