Along with the national economic construction of increasing dependence on oil, oil stratum situation increasingly complex,"three highs" increase gradually,"stimulation method" hot and heavy oil in underground gas storage large-scale construction of, these conditions to oil and gas well cementing operation put forward higher technical requirements. Because oneself hard brittle stone cement, the characteristics of stress or by change over the limit load will happen after broken or face off with cementation, cause layers between sealing failure, serious shorten life oil drilling. The paper studies the elastic particle materials solid glue powder on the oil well water mud engineering of influence of performance and cement stone mechanics to improve the performance of effect and improve the stone cement, plastic deformation capacity, increase in stress under the effect of cement stone of broken performance, reduce cement stone in the impact load conditions occur broken degree, enhancing oil well cement in underground complex loading the integrity of the case, to ensure the long-term effective cement ring between layers of the sealing the ability.The paper analyses and discusses the mechanical cement ring the main failure causes of oil well cement and improve mechanical deformation theory of stone ability, based on the study of the solid rubber powder of normal density mainly oil well cement slurry system influence on the performance of the project, the experimental results show that appropriate solid rubber powder increase of oil well cement slurry system comprehensive engineering properties can meet the on-site construction requirements, and oil well water mud performance good compatibility. Through the solid rubber powder on the oil well cement stone compressive flexural mechanical properties such as the impact of experiment research, the results show that appropriate added amount of solid rubber powder can effectively improve the cement stone toughness, reduce hard brittle. Solid glue the elasticity of the powder particles and anti-crack toughening action to make cement stone mechanical deformation ability has been much improved, in the later construction can keep the cement ring and improve the integrity of the oil well cement resistance to impact the ability of destruction.Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis of the genesis of oil well cement powder solid glue of microstructure, the distribution of stone powder in cement powder and cement and the adhesive of the matrix on the observation. Research shows that:appropriate added amount of cement powder and substrate bond is good, powder particles can enhance the flexibility of the cement stone of plastic deformation, cause the spread of crack and the ending of the play to bridge and transmit the stress function, and absorbs a great deal of the impact energy, improve the integrity of the cement stone under stress. X-ray diffraction experiment shows that solid rubber powder materialized stable performance, and will not participate in the process of water hydration.
