| With the perfection of the supervision model of safety in our country, people’s requirement on safety production is also continuously improved. Obviously, the traditional enterprise safety supervision model has been unable to satisfy safety requirements at present in China; this performance is especially outstanding in the mine enterprise. As high-risk industries, safety management level of metal and nonmetal mine will directly determine the personnel life and property. To achieve this aim, our country has been proposed the safety standardization for metal and nonmetal mines work in "eleven-five" period, and it is enforced in the inside of enterprise, this purpose is to reduce the probability of accidents in daily production and realize control process of the risk management.However, the establishment of work safety standardization of mines is a heavy and detailed work, and now in China’s mining industry, the whole enterprise management level and informationization level are both not high, and this is attributed to the traditional safety management mode in mining industry for many years. Inevitably, these factors will lead to consuming a lot of time, manpower and financial resources in the creation process of safety standardization. Now enterprises need a safety standardization information management system which based on network, it can be used to assist the work of creation and evaluation of safety standardization. The main research contents of this thesis are:in order to solve the problems in the process of enterprise creation and evaluation of metal and non metal mining safety standardization, and considering the present problem of safety production in mine enterprises, an information exchange and file shared system can be developed. The system is supported by network, and based on information technology, and the theoretical basis of which is the safety standard system of the metal and nonmetal mine. The study begins with the theory of safety standardization and the application of information management system in reality, and proposed a system construction requirements, principles and objectives, analyzes the process of system design, modular construction and database construction. Through the B/S structure, C#language, SQL Server2005database software, the thesis designed and developed the information system about work safety standardization for the metal and nonmetal mines, which based on.NET platform.The establishment of the system realized a safety standardization information platform for enterprise and safety standardization assessment personnel. This system can meet the need of files sharing security, unified management documents and release information timely. This system can guarantee the interaction and cooperation between the enterprise personnel and safety standardization assessment personnel. It also can provide the basis for strategic decision in enterprise. The establishment of the system not only reduced cost for the enterprise, but also greatly improves the efficiency, so that the work for safety standardization assessment can be proceeded with well and quickly, and improved the level of safety management in enterprises. |
