For the increasing of population and the development of industry and agriculture, kinds of accidents which is brought by water pollution occurred, caused serious harm to the human being. Many lakes and reservoirs for nitrogen, phosphorus emissions caused by eutrophication, a serious threat to human life and production and ecological balance. Research on economic efficiency of ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment technology is currently the main task, analyzed and compared various of treatment methods, finally chose the method of ion exchange resin, and filter out D113resin for static and dynamic experiment, combined with infrared spectroscopy, chemical experiment analysis, thermodynamic and kinetic theory on its performance and mechanism study. The research content and conclusion:Studied removing effect of ammonia nitrogen of D001,001×7and D113for low concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater, the results showed that the D113resin worked best on ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment;and then, a detailed study of the resin dosage, temperature, pH value and time of four factors on D113resin ammonia nitrogen removing test effect, results showed that the amount of resin to4g, ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached above90%(<15mg·L-1), which was in line with industrial wastewater ammonia nitrogen wastewater discharge standard; resin treatment of ammonia nitrogen waste water equilibrium time was10min, the resin static saturation capacity was Q=3.43mg·g-1; increasing reaction temperature is conducive to the improvement of ammonia nitrogen removal rate, accelerate reach equilibrium time; elevated pH value is helpful to improve the reaction rate, but had little effect on the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen; using NaOH, NaCl, H2SO4and HCl four kinds of desorption agents on resin static desorption test results showed that the desorption of NaCl is good and operation cost is low; resin static ammonia nitrogen removing process of exchange adsorption, thermodynamic and kinetic properties, results show that the ion exchange resin to remove ammonia nitrogen mainly for ion Exchange adsorption of ammonia nitrogen removal process; resin with two order kinetics equation and Freundlich equation, the main control procedures for the particle diffusion control and liquid film diffusion control coordinated control; resin ammonia removal force for reduction of the free energy and entropy increasing; investigation of wastewater flow rate, concentration of waste water and desorption liquid velocity and liquid concentration on dynamic exchange, desorption and penetration curve test and the effects of, the results show that water rate increased, the breakthrough point of the water drop, namely the penetrating time accelerate; wastewater concentration is increased, the breakthrough point of the water volume decreased, penetration time accelerate; using3.06BV/h flow conditions for removal of ammonia nitrogen concentration of160mg·L-1rare earth smelting wastewater, when penetrating point was C/Co=0.1, resin ion exchange capacity was2.02mg·L-1, ion exchange column was93BV, and effective operation time was30.4h.
