Because of the special geological feature in Tahe oil field, don’t large-scale inject water to keep the formation pressure, along with the pressure gradually reducing, the liquid level is deeper and deeper, we need to constantly add the pump setting depth to increase the pressure difference to ensure the oil production and improve the oil recovery. At the same time, owing to the deeply buried reservoir of Tahe oil field, there are some features of the crude oil that it is high density, high temperature, high viscosity, serious emulsification and so on, conventional rod pump difficultly meets the needs of production, we must use the special pump, this design adopts the pump of hydraulic feedback. The down stroke, due to the special structure of hydraulic feedback pump, the liquid column loads on the pump to increase rod load to help sucker rod smoothly downstream, resulting in the rod string design method is different from the ordinary pump. Due to the lack of understanding of special pump of deep drawing process, and the design method of special pump of deep drawing process of thick oil is immature, resulting in low pumping efficiency, low efficiency of the system, short checking period, and many other problem, which limits the further application of the deep drawing process of special pump of thick oil.In this paper, the rod pumping system of thick oil as researched target, through research the exploitation of thick oil in Tahe oil field, we chose the adaptable equipment of pumping, according to viscosity-tempreature characteristics and the precoss principles of mixing light viscosity reduction, and establish the mathematical model of the relationship between thick oil viscosity and temperature, baesd on pump working principle of hydraulic feedback, and analyze and calculate the load of sucker rod string, in the foundation of the design method of sucker rod string, and change submergence depth to establish the new design method of sucker rod, combine the field to adjust the design idea, and chose maximum liquid production as the aim of system optimization, and establish the optimization method of deep pumping system of thick oil special pump, and adapt the Visual Basic language to develop the system optimization design software, and design the plan of TH12127well in Tahe oil field, the result show that:compared to the existing small pump, deep drawing process of large pump improves the liquid conduction and may meet the needs of oil field production allocation. Through the research of the design of deep pumping system of thick oil special pump in Tahe oil field, we establish a suite method, and in order to consummate optimization design theory of optimization design of deep pumping system of thick oil special pump.
