Objective:To explore the Influence rules of Chitosan flocculation process purification Danshen、Zhiheshouwu、Baizhu, and compare Chitosan flocculation process with alcohol deposition method to purification three sigle medicine of Yiganning compound。 Methods:To compare two purification technics about extract yield, total content of polysaccharide, monosaccharide and oligosaccharide content, protein content, amino acid content, tannin content, effective component content(salvianolic acid B, tetrahydroxystilbene-glucoside, atractylenolide Ⅰ), relative apparent content, fingerprint, hygroscopicity, critical relative moisture.Results:Three single medicine of Yiganning compound about the extract yield, total polysaccharide, tannin content Chitosan flocculation clarifying were higher than alcohol sinking process; Three single medicine extract solution by chitosan flocculation clarifying process of moisture absorption percentage than alcohol extract obtained sinking process. critical relative humidity were greater than alcohol extract obtained sinking process.it shows that the three single medicine extract solution processed by chitosan flocculation clarifying technology extract is low hygroscopic; Dan phenolic acid B, two styrene glycosides, atractylodes lactone I Of retention rate were lower than the alcohol sinking process extract.according to atractylodes fingerprint and relatively apparent content analysis, we can see the chitosan flocculation clarifying process of hydrophilic part content is higher than that of alcohol extract obtained sinking process.as polarity decreases, the two purification process of chemical component"s content differences become smaller, when reduced to a certain degree of alcohol polarity,the sinking process of chemical composition content is significantly higher than the chitosan flocculation clarifying process condensate, and along with the increase of pro fatty chemical, composition content is higher.Conclusion:This experiment discovery the effect rule of the two purification technics, to find out the similarity of sigle medicine and Yiganning, in order to quest the Influence rules of the two purification technics, and more delve into Yiganning compound,meantime,to be research the moisture absorption of Chinese medicine and reasonable selection the purification technic of Chinese medicine extract solution to provide experiment basis.
