Production of the strip is an important pillar industry of the national economic development,the plate-shaped levels can reflect the level of industrial steel production,plate crown and flatness is an important indicator to measure the plate-shaped.Although the great development of the theory of plate shape, but the the board strip shape the problem persists,now,Rational optimization of rolling schedule to be able to improve to some extent on the quality of the plate-shaped sheet steel products.Are many ways in the past, such as the empirical method, the energy consumption curve method, Φ function consistent with the distribution method achieved little success in energy consumption, production and product quality,But still room for improvement progress,now optimized rolling schedule will bring better production,the purpose is to find better quality or lower energy consumption and higher yields rolling schedule.Rolling force calculation is a very critical mathematical parameters in rolling schedule optimization,Rolling force calculation determines the accuracy of the rolling schedule optimization,according to the actual rolling data on the rolling force calculated by regression analysis,greatly reduces the error between the calculated rolling force and the measured rolling force,to ensure the accuracy of rolling schedule optimization of experimental.Particle Swarm Optimization is an intelligent search method,the use of smart growth particle swarm optimal solution of the objective function of directional search,applied to the rolling schedule optimization goal solving will greatly shorten the research cycle.There are a variety of optimized rolling schedule,this paper optimization algorithm to select the combination of dynamic programming method and particle swarm optimization,based theory to resolve the stiffness of the plate-shaped, in order to achieve good flatness rolling schedule for the purpose of,establish a mathematical optimization model optimized rolling schedule.The application of computer editing program on a rolling schedule improvements,solving the last rack minimum export plate crown optimal rolling schedule,analysis to compute the optimal rolling schedule.
