Main research contents and results are as follows:First of all, it will consummate and enrich the disc mill cutting theory by using for reference of the basic theory of paper pulping field; At the same time, stress in refining plate and movement of nitrocellulose are analyzed, and further established the model of cutting energy consumption, find out that the main factors of influencing the fine cut energy consumption are speed, the slurry flow, slurry flow concentration, abrasive disc radius, abrasive disc indented area ratio, etc.Secondly, The new millstone was analyzed by performance evaluation indicators of the grinding, it points out that the importance and rationality of disc design theory; and we try to use disc design theory to explain the reason of the new grinding cutting with high efficiency and energy saving.Once again, experimental studied have shown that new technology can achieve isolation and remote control, it ensures the safety and reliability of the production process; New equipment can control cutter automatically by adjusting the hydraulic device and adjust the cutter spacing by pressure micro-control.Finally, the new equipment is expected to test by real materials and compared with the changes of technical indicators and energy consumption situation of new and old technology. The results show that after cutting all indicators fully comply with the industry standards. With viscosity reduced and alcohol ether solubility increased, it is benefical to form explosive products. And its stability improvement can be safely stored for a long time; Compared with the old process energy consumption was reduced by32%~38%, save soda boiling process each fine break a ton of nitrocellulose save steam5m3, save66tons of industrial water, electricity saving66degrees. |
