According to the consultant of the literature about passive interference technology, and on the basis of the Millimeter wave attenuation theory,sliver nitrate,carbon fiber,natural flake graphite and so on were chosen as the raw materials to research and design new composite interference materials,such as carbon fiber/expanded graphite composite interference material and silver/expanded graphite composite interference material,which can improve the millimeter wave attenuation property of the expanded graphite.Four probe method was chosen to test the resistivities of the pure expanded graphite,carbon fiber/expanded graphite composite interference material and silver/expanded graphite composite interference material.The result indicated that both of the carbon fiber and the silver can improve the electrical conductivity of expanded graphite,moreover,with the increase of the content of carbon fiber and silver oxide the resistivities decreased obviously.With the millimeter wave dynamic test system,composite interference materials were dispersed in the smoke box by the air blower,the3mm and8mm wave attenuation performance and the influence factors of the composite interference materials have been researched. The result indicated that these two kinds of the composite interference materials interference3mm and8mm better than the pure expended graphite did:with the increase of the content of carbon fiber,the millimeter wave attenuation performance of the carbon fiber/expanded graphite composite interference material first increased,then decreased, and when the content of carbon fiber is20%,attenuation values reached the best,which is4.2dB and5.74dB;the millimeter wave attenuation performance of silver/expanded graphite composite interference material was increased with the increased of the silver oxide Moreover,with the content of carbon fiber same,when the grain size of natural flake graphite is about180μm the millimeter wave attenuation performance would be the best;with the content of silver oxide same,when the grain size of natural flake graphite is about270μm the millimeter wave attenuation performance would be the best.Moreover,silver-graphene composite material was researched and prepared based on two different reduction system.Its millimeter wave attenuation performance was preliminary discussed.The result showed that the silver-graphene composite material can interfer millimeter wave.
