| As one of the most important finishing equipment on production line ofcold-rolled strip,tension leveler has played a key roll in improvingmaterialsorganizations, geometric accuracy and surface quality of product etc.However, there are such defects as to domestic R&D tension levelers in thecourse of use: low precision of products, small range of leveling and low degreeof automation. The root of all these problems is that there is not a perfecttension leveling model and scientific theory is quite inadequate whendetermining theprocess parameters.Therefore, to make ascientific theoryanalysis of straightening mechanism and a further development, to establish aperfect tension leveling model, to make more reasonable process parameters, itcan make effective use of existing equipment and reach it’s maximize capacity.Taking a steel tension leveler in a domestic steel factory, comprehensivelyutilizing of the analytic method and finite element simulation technology andintensive study of tension deformation mechanism, this paper establishesaperfect tension leveling model.The main research topics of this paper includethe following aspects:(1)Establishing analytical model of tension leveling. Strip tensile bendingdeformation mechanism of the straightening process research, to buildIntermesh, tension, elongation and straightening energy dissipation processparameters matching relations.(2)The edge wave Strip Tension Levelling process finite elementsimulation. Analysis of strip edge wave generation,and the reduction of the stripedge wave straightening.(3)Tension leveling of the strip with the edge wave defects,analysis underthe condition of tensile, bending and stretch bending,edgewaves of the strip ofthe initial stress and the initial curvature and after unloading of the straighteningof residual stress and residual curvature.(4)Using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to build tension leveling model,width, thickness and yield strength were1400mm,3mm and235MPa, and with a strip of edge waves in the conditions under different process parameterssettings simulation,Stress and strain cloud images analysis strip straighteningprocess, and do in-depth study of the the stretch bending deformationmechanism.Elongation of the strip unchanged (1.5%) cases, explore matchingrelationship between the tension and bending, as well as the total deformationcurvature and straightening energy consumption parameters.(5)Achieving configuration optimization of relational parameters.Deformation energy of different parameter sets is calculated when theelongation rate is1.5%and with the minimal deformation energyas principle todetermine the best allocation between them.(6)Fitting deformation curve, to obtain the total deformation of the stripcurvature, and get the relationship formulation between the bending anddeformation curvature, and amend and improve the mathematical modelbetween the bending amount of deformation curvature. |
