Power system in the national economy has a pivotal position, the core part ofpower system substation, so the stable operation of the substation has a very importantsignificance. Only through continuous use of advanced manufacturing technology andequipment to improve substation control technology or automation, not enough toguarantee the stable operation of the substation. Also need to strengthen the training ofthe operator, during operation of power systems require human decision-making,through training to improve the operator’s incident handling capability and the abilityto run operations. Although the front line operators can often understand and haveaccess to equipment, but they are few opportunities to practice. This has led to ageneral lack of operational experience operator, therefore, the substation equipment fortraining and simulation safety rules, operating procedures, knowledge and on-sitesimulation of the formation of a database operation, self-training for operatingpersonnel and testing, and database content based on a random and evaluate problem,which will help operators in particular, relatively low educational level of operatortraining and assessment. Urgent need to develop a user-friendly design substationsimulation training assessment system.This article describes the simulation and training evaluation system substationdesign and implementation, training and examination system in the substationsubstation simulation training system to increase the assessment on the basis of thefunction so that it can meet the actual needs. The system uses C/S model design anddevelopment, independently of each client to share the server content, good to meet theactual needs of the system. In the design process and modular thinking, this system isdivided to three relatively independent functional subsystems: system simulationsubsystem, assisted learning and test sub-subsystems, and then separately for eachsubsystem design and development. The system can effectively improve the operationof the substation operating personnel to run and on-site analysis of the ability to dealwith accidents, so that operators can effectively prevent accidents and to correctly handle the accident to ensure the safe operation of power, to provide training,assessment substation operation a highly efficient IT systems.
