Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients The Correlation Of Syndrome Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Nutrition Research

Objective:Through the clinical observation and laboratory tests on maintenance hemodialysis patients, observe the relationship between TCM syndrome and the nutritional status to provide a theory basis for improving nutritional status of the maintenance hemodialysis patients from the perspective of TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods:Collect175cases strictly in accordance to the standards from the maintenance hemodialysis patients.All patients were in line with the inclusion and Exclusion Standard. Collecting the patient’s symptom scores with the designed information-collecting table and syndrome type based on the diagnostic criteria of syndrome of TCM,to research two the relationship differentiation between the nutritional status and syndrome of TCM.The data were statistically analyzed by spss17.0software.Results:The results show that the spleen-kidney Yang deficiency is the most common syndrome in normal nutritional maintenance hemodialysis patients and spleen-kidney Qi-Yin deficiency is the most common syndrome in malnutrition maintenance hemodialysis patients. Blood-stasis is the most type in sthenic syndrome.The age,dialysis age distribution and serumalbumin level distribution of the maintenance hemodialysis patients can have significant differences,when divide them into normal nutrition and malnutrition in the two groups.In a separate syndrome in the use of chi-square test to compare the results obtained that the spleen-kidney Yang deficiency in normal nutritional group was more than malnutrition group. Blood-stasis in malnutrition group was more than normal nutritional group.In malnutrition group,the percentage of deficiency accompanied with excess syndrome and composite defici-ency syndrome is higher,pure deficiency syndrome and single deficiency syndrome is less. The percentage of blood-stasis in malnutrition group is higher.Nutritional status score of the maintenance hemodialysis patients is positively associated with age and dialysis age. Deficiency accompanied with excess syndrome is positively associated with hemoglobin, albumin and nutrition evaluation,and pure deficiency syndrome is contrary to it.Single defici-ency syndrome is positively associated with hemoglobin and albumin.Composite deficiency syndrome is positively associated with dialysis age and nutrition evaluation.Conclusion:For maintenance hemodialysis patients,the older the easier to be malnutri-tion.TCM syndrome is main concerned with dialysis age,hemoglobin, albumin and nutrition evaluation.Deficiency accompanied with excess syndrome and composite deficiency syndro-me are poor nutritional status,spleen-kidney Yang deficiency is good.
