Strong Kidney Essence Method The Clinical Curative Effect Of Treatment Of Male Infertility Weak Sperm Disease Research

Objective:By observing the clinical effects of the Yishenqiangjing soup and Wuziyanzong oral liquid from the clinieal study of the patients that were deficiency of kidney essence asthenospermia and the comparative study on the changes before and after treatment of TCM syndrome、sperm motility and other indicators, to provide a new and effective way for the clinical use of chinese medicine treatment of male infertility.Methods:From our hospital’s Department of Urology, we selected60patients suffering from the Male infertility which is classified the type of syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence asthenospermia.Before having drugs, we divided it randomly into the treatment groups (Yishenqiangjing soup) and the control groups (Wuzi yanzong oral liquid) by using the simple randomization method, each group has30patients. Within a month, we have observed the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment、sperm motility、semen quality and other parameters (semen volume、PH value、sperm concentration、motility、normal morphology rate, etc.)、traditional Chinese medicine symptom score changes.Then, we conducted a comparative analysis between the two sets of data. All of the results were statistically analyzed with SPSS13.0. P≤0.05, it showed there was a significant statistical significance.Results:In this study,57patients is eligible, there are29cases in the treatment group and27cases in the control group. After statistical analysis results show that:there were significant differences in the treatment and control groups after the treatment in the aim to improve the quality of sperm (P≤0.05),they all can improve patients’ sperm motility and there was no significant difference between the two groups;but in the improvement of Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, especially in the sexual apathy、weak waist、inability to ejaculate、the chills thermophilic、dizziness、tinnitus and others, the efficacy of the treatment group was much higher than the control group.Conclusion:Yishenqiangjing soup can not only significantly improve the level of sperm motility in the semen of male deficiency of kidney essence asthenospermia patients,but also can improve the clinical symptoms much better effect than the control group (Wuzi yanzong oral liquid), that explain it’s a safe and effective traditional chinese patent drug which can be Extensively used for male infertility.
