Objective:to observe peripheral white blood cells and plasma N-proBNP level,, examine pathological changes, and estimate properly the condition of coronary artery disease sufferers.Methods:200cases of patients with clinical diagnosis of coronary artery disease underwent coronary angiography, Groupings will be made according to the difference in clinical diagnosis as well as in the results of coronary angiography,. Grouping:stable angina pectoris group,55cases;unatable angina pectoris group,78cases; acute myocardial infarction group,67cases, will be identified according to clinical diagnosis. The following grouping is based on the narrowness tendency of coronary circulation:the group with the narrowness tendency of coronary circulation≤25%(32cases),26-50%(40cases),51-70%(58cases),and≥71%(70cases), in which the group with the narrowness tendency≤25%is the normal control group. The levels of peripheral white blood cells and plasma NT-proBNP are determined and statistic analysis are made for patients in all groups with the combined reference to coronary angiography Gensini scores. Results:On one hand, it shows that peripheral white blood cells and plasma NT-proBNP of people with acute myocardial infarction group is apparently higher than that of the unstable angina pectoris group and stable angina pectoris group, of which unstable angina pectoris group is palpably higher. On the other hand, statistic analysis is made on the examination results of the three groups. With P<0.05, the conclusion is statistically meaningful. It is also proved that as the narrowness tendency of coronary circulations go higher, peripheral white blood cells and plasma NT-proBNP increases accordingly. The examination results of the four groups are made statistic analysis and P<0.05, which proves the difference is of statistic significance. Conclusion:The peripheral white blood cells, plasma NT-proBNP can directly reflect the disease severity patients of coronary heart disease, it has important significance in clinical diagnosis of coronary treatment and dangerous evaluation of patient。...
