| Objective:To determine laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and primary suture in the clinical application are analyzed, and summarized its efficacy and safety. Methods:Randomly selected from2009March-2011May years in our hospital to take laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and primary suture in24cases of these patients as the observation group,15cases adopted laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients and18cases by open common bile duct exploration. T tube drainage for patients as a control group. The common bile duct through time (HDTT) and serum tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) were measured in three groups of patients respectively.Result:The average time in laparoscopic common bile duct exploration with primary suture was (73+23Min), and the average bleeding was (24.8+4.7) ml; only one patient has bile leakage. During3-18months follow-up, there was no residual billiary stones or bile duct stricture compared with controls, in laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and primary suture, HDTT decreased significantly, TNF alpha levels was also decreased. Conclusions:Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration with primary suture is safe, effective, and the bile duct stricture and stones recurrence were lower, TNF-a was also in a lower level, the patient’s recovery was easier than before. |
