| Bradyarrhythmia is a common clinical arrhythmia of heart rate features,including sinus bradycardia,sinus arrest,sinoatrial block,atrioventricular block and sick sinus syndrome.The light can be no obvious symptoms.Severe illness can be dizziness,heart palpitations, fatigue, and even syncope.The modern medicine can treat it by medication,such as epinephrine,beta receptor stimulant,etal.But all these medicines had many side effects.When the disease developed to severe stage,the main treatment is artificial cardiac pacemaker.Reported in the literature,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in treatment of Bradyarrhythmia has made a good curative effect and the treatment is based on syndrome differentiation,small side effect,high safety,low price,easy to general and advantage.Giving effective Chinese intervention early in the disease can eliminate operation risk,and has a very important social and economic significance.Research PurposesYang-warming,Qi-invigorating and Blood-activating was the efficient treatment,which the Zenglvfumai decoction had.In this research we used the decoction in clinical treatment to verify its further effectiveness and evaluation,together with its effects on heart rate variability.Research Objects and MethodsSelect90patients with bradyarrhythmia who were in the inclusion criteria.Using a randomized,single-blind,placebo-controlled method,90patients were randomly divided into treatment group (45cases) and control group (45cases).The treatment group were gave Zenglvfumai decoction,while the control group were gave placebo medicine.The course lasted3weeks.We recorded the holter,routine blood and urine test,ALT,CRE and BUN before and after the treatment.We also recorded the immediate heart rate,ECQTCM symptom at the beginning and every week.We compared TCM symptom,immediate heart rate,the most slow heart rate,immediate heart rate and heart rate variability index.We each Removed2cases from the treatment group and control group in the course.We used SPSS18.0software to process data.The material was described by M±SD and used the t examination.The counts material was used the x2examination.Result1.At baseline there were no significant differences in gender,age,average heart rate,the most slow heart rate,immedieate heart rate,TCM symptom,SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD and LF/HF between two groups(P>0.05).2.1n treatment group average heart rate increased respectively from (51.45±3.18) beats/min to (57.82±5.05) beats/min.The comparation between3weeks had significant differences(P<0.05).While in control group average heart rate increased from (51.29±2.40) beats/min to (53.01±4.06) beats/min.It showed no significant differences(P>0.05).The comparation at the fourth time between groups had significant differences(P<0.05).3.1n treatment group the most slow heart rate increased respectively from (38.49±4.24) beats/min to (41.52±5.33) beats/min.The comparation between3weeks had significant differences(P<0.05).While in control group the most slow heart rate increased from (38.41±5.65) beats/min to (39.28±4.69) beats/min.It showed no significant differences (P>0.05).The comparation at the fourth time between groups had significant differences (P<0.05).4.1n treatment group the immediate heart rate increased respectively from (53.46±3.10) beats/min to (55.64±5.67) beats/min.The comparation between3weeks had significant difference(P<0.05).In control group the immediate heart rate increased respectively from (51.36±2.62) beats/min to (53.78±5.12) beats/min. It also showed significant differences(P<0.05).The comparation at the fourth time between groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).The comparations at the second and third time between groups also had no significant differences(P>0.05).5.1n treatment group TCM symptom decreased respectively from (23.66±5.19) points to (9.29±4.74) points.The comparation between3weeks had significant differences(P<0.01).In control group TCM symptom decreased respectively from (23.10±2.85) points to (13.71±5.65) points.It also showed significant differences(P<0.05).The comparation at the fourth time between groups had significant differences(P<0.05).The comparations at the second and third time between groups both had no significant differences(P>0.05).6.1n treatment group obvious efficiency was30.23%,efficiency was41.86%,and the total efficiency was72.09%at western efficiency.In control groups obvious efficiency was11.63%,efficiency was32.56%,and the total efficiency was44.19%at western efficiency.In treatment group obvious efficiency was32.56%,efficiency was60.46%,and the total efficiency was93.02%at Chinese efficiency.In control groups obvious efficiency was13.95%,efficiency was55.81%,and the total efficiency was69.76%at Chinese efficiency. The comparations both of western and Chinese efficiency between groups had significant differences(P<0.01).7.1n treatment group SDNN and LF/HF increased respectively from (125.67±29.55) ms,(1.84±0.85) points to (145.62±29.63) ms,(2.41±0.46) points.SDANN and RMSSD decreased from(132.75±27.53) ms,(45.79±8.38) ms to (120.19±24.17) ms,(38.72±5.46) ms.The comparations between3weeks all had significant differences(P<0.05). In control group SDNN increased from (126.17±33.38) ms to (138.42±41.75) ms. SDANN,RMSSD and LF/HF decreased from (129.17±34.91) ms,(46.36±5.94) ms,(2.25±0.64) points to(125.87±37.23) ms,(45.66±4.79) ms,(1.94±0.72) points.It showed no significant differences(P>0.05).The comparations of SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD and LF/HF at the fourth time between groups all had significant differences(P<0.05).8.In the course,there were no obvious side effects in the treatment group patients.Conclusion1.Zenglvfumai decoction improved immediate heart rate and the most slow heart rate effectively.2.There was a improvement of TCM symptom both in treatment and control group,but it was more obvious in treatment group.The improvement of TCM symptom in treatment group is more obvious at the fourth time.3.Zenglvfumai decoction could increase sympathetic tension,inhibit parasympathetic tension to improve cardiac autonomic nerve function or sympathetic nerve function.From all above results,we can see that Zenglvfumai decoction we used to treat the king of yang deficiency,blood statis bradarrhythmia was very effecticy.It also improved the cardiac autonomic nerve function to some extent,worthy of further promotion. |
