In recent years, the popularization of the electrification, electrical and electronicequipments have been widely applied in all aspects of society. When people enjoy theconvenience and fun of these devices for a living, they are inevitably exposed in thespace which full of all kinds of electromagnetic radiation. Electromagnetic radiation hasan impact on people’s living environment and biological which exposure toelectromagnetic radiation, the impact of the electromagnetic waves on living organismsknown as the electromagnetic biological effects.Generality of this article describes the electromagnetic biological effects, throughtheoretical calculation and actual measure the electromagnetic field distribution of thehigh-voltage transmission lines, and then based on the theoretical basis and practicalexamples establish a scientific experimental device which can simulate the frequencyelectromagnetic field. To provide a scientific and standardized experimental system forour group quantitative and qualitative analysis of the electric and magnetic fields as wellas the more complex mixed-field biological effects on living organisms. The main work in this paper is:1. Establishing frequency electromagnetic field irradiation facilities and fulfillingthe hardware circuit design based on AT89C52, developing the circuit Driver.2. Based on the MFC developing the host computer supporting software, designingthe system interface, realize using the host computer to control the irradiation facilities.3. Using SQL Sever set up electromagnetic radiation experiments’ database, usingADO to connect to the database.Using bio-electromagnetic radiation experimental system you can start-up andcontrol of electromagnetic radiation by the beautiful software interface; also you cantake advantage of the system database to achieve the preservation and management ofthe electromagnetic irradiation of experimental data.
