Objective:The main objective of this study to observe the effects of Dingxuanhuoxue decoction on Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery,analysis the clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:A random number table,60cases were divided into Dingxuanhuoxue decoction(treatment group) and Jing Fu Kang particles(control group),the group were all30cases,Pre-treatment particles balance the two groups when compared to comparable.In the treatment of three weeks before and after treatment,respectively,the treatment group and control group patients symptom score and observation,including examination of hemorheology and left and right vertebral artery blood flow velocity changes in indicators.Result:The study shows that Dingxuanhuoxue decoction the treatment group with the control group Jing Fu Kang particle group in the treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery,the effect of varying degrees, And after the treatment group overall efficacy in the treatment of clinical symptoms and signs to improve the situation and hemorheology and left and right vertebral artery blood flow velocity than the control group,the difference has not statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Dingxuanhuoxue decoction can improve the quality of life and the symptoms of patients,who are the Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery.the total effective rate was90%. Jing Fu Kang particles of the total effective rate was93.3%2.Dingxuanhuoxue decoction has use value in clinical practice considering its minimal side effects.
