Objective:In this study, model group10and Xiaoyaosan soups and granules to the preparation of mature high prolactin hyperlipidemia rat model and appropriate dosage forms of liver and spleen core targeted intervention in high prolactin hyperlipidemia modelanimal ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis mechanism foundation. Markedly enhanced the modified Xiaoyaosan enable the ovarian granulosa cells bcl-2expression, Bax expression was decreased of Bcl-2/Bax increase in the proportion of inhibition of ovarian cell apoptosis.Conclusion:Metoclopramide three groups serum prolactin levels increased significantly, significantly reduced the total number of follicle, atretic follicles increased follicle atresia/total follicles value increases, follicle maximum diameter was significantly reduced, so the optimal model; flavored Xiaoyaosan the decoctiongranules in lowering prolactin levels and follicle development, two formulations no significant difference in the final choice is simple, easy to operate decoction of the experimental formulations; modified Xiaoyaosan treatment of high prolactin hyperlipidemia has a good effect, its mechanism may beregulating ovarian granulosa cells by reducing serum prolactin levels, the effective promotion of follicular development, bcl-2, expression of bax and the ratio of this series of ways to achieve.
