| Purpose:ObservationofthecervicalvertebralarterydiseasebycolorDopplerand transcranial Doppler ultrasound (Cervical Spondylotic Arteriopathy, CSA)patients with conservative treatment after the intervention of the cervicalvertebral artery in patients with vertebral artery Cervical vertebral artery(CVA) of morphological changes andthe hemodynamic effects. Observe thediagnostic reference for the formation of CSA in patients with CVA color Doppler, and the CVA color Doppler morphology changes and hemodynamic changes, conservative treatment intervention or two-way adjustment of the CSA, to breakthrough the current only from the symptoms and signs, but not from an objectiveimage observation efficacy limitationsMethod:Retrospective analysis from August2009to February2012in ourhospital with neck manipulation treatment, cervical traction therapy, physicaltherapy intervention after the366cases of cervical vertebral artery patients.Divided into four groups according to age: group A35-year-old (30cases), GroupB36-49years old (89cases), group C50-59(138cases) in group D, more than60years of age (109cases). Randomized40patients before and after treatmentcontrol. Another40cases of voluntary participation of the experimenter toexclude cervical spondylosis and vertigo in the blank control group.30daysobserved after conservative treatment interventions according to the resultsof color Doppler ultrasound to record the indicator data. Results:According to the age of the CSA is divided into four groups, groupA35-year-old (30cases), found that CVA internal diameter stenosis in two cases, the inner diameter measurement in line with normal distribution, the right sideof0.34±0.04cm, the left side of0.35±0.04cm;group36-49years (89cases),found the CVA internal diameter stenosis in15cases, the inner diametermeasurement in line with normal distribution, the right side of0.33±0.05cm, the left side of0.35±0.05cm; group C50-59years (138cases) found that theCVAnarrow inner diameter of32cases, the internal diameter measurement in linewith normal distribution, the right side of0.33±0.06cm, the left side of0.36±0.05cm; CVA internal diameter stenosis of0cases, the inner diametermeasurement in line with normal distribution in more than60years in group D(109cases), rightside of0.34±0.53cm, the left side of0.36±0.06cm.Conclusion:CSA vertebral artery hemodynamic changes with age is closelyrelated to the age of light for the high flow rate, flow rate change with age.Prompt treatment of high and low flow rate applications vary. CVA itselfvariability (advantage CVA) in the CSA published a certain proportion. CVA narrowdue to the low proportion of CSA. Indirectly shows that the simple mechanicalcompression factor in the mechanism of CSA published is not the primary factor.Conservative treatment of cervical vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosison the corresponding artery morphology and hemodynamic changes in the wayregulatory role. |
