| Purpose：Apply Chinese medicine herbs mixture to observe the change oninflammatory factor for coronary heart disease patients with inflammatoryreaction and explore a new way of thinking of treating arteriosclerosis withheat-clearing and detoxifying traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method：Divide randomly87cases patients of coronary heartdisease,angina (stable tiredness) cardiac function1～2grade,TCM as heat bloodstasis and phlegm block syndrome into simvastatin group (30cases),compoundsalvia tablet group (27cases) and Chinese medicine herbs mixture group (30cases),and observe indexes such as C-reactive protein,triglyceride andcholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and low density lipoprotein.Results：1.After treating,effect of C-reactive protein,cholesterol and low densitylipoprotein of Chinese medicine herbs mixture group is obviously superior toeffct of simvastatin group and compound salvia tablet group.2.Effect of simvastatin group is notably different from compound salvia tabletgroup,but aminopherase of three parents in simvastatin group rise to a low degree,while that of compound salvia tablet group have not the phenomenon.3.Chinese medicine herbs mixture group have no obvious effect on breath,pulse,temperature,blood pressure and blood routine,urinary routine and stool routineof patients.Also there are not any baneful adverse reactions during thetreatment.Conclusion：1.Chinese medicine herbs mixture can obviously reduce levels of C-reactiveprotein,cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,and rise uphigh-density lipoprotein.2.As one kind of new treatment or its supplement way on coronary heart disease, the heat-clearing and detoxifying way is worth studying further.3.Heat-clearing and detoxifying traditional Chinese medicines have remarkableeffects on coronary arteries inflammatory indexes.Chinese medicine herbsmixtures have good curative effects on coronary arteries inflammation. |
