Since The Proposed Elimination Of Silver Decoction (blood Heat Syndrome) With Psoriasis Vulgaris Curative Effect Observation And Its Influence On Peripheral Blood T Lymphocyte Subsets

Objectives:To verified the curative effect of Decoction for Dissipating Psoriasis which is self-designed treating psoriasis vulgaris due to blood-heat through clinical observation and study the influence of this therapeutic method on T cell subsets, and then to provide more evidence for the clinical treatment and laboratory perfective for psoriasis by TCM.Method:In accordance with inclusion criteria of psoriasis vulgaris due to blood-heat,35cases are included and randomized into treatment group. Among these cases, with five cases withdrawing and dropping off, the left30cases are designed as accomplished subjects(orally took Decoction for Dissipating for4weeks continuously).4weeks before and after treatment the subjects are assessed on psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) respectively, and meanwhile T cell subset (CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、 CD4+/CD8+) in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris are tested and recorded.20healthy volunteers are designed as normal control-group, who are tested above-mentioned experimental index as contrast.Results:①Among the30accomplished and effective cases, no case heals.4cases recuperate excellently.21cases recuperate effectively,5cases are invalid treatment, as a result, the cure rate is0.0%, the markedly effective rate is13.3%, the effective rate is70.0%.the total effective rate is83.3%. After a course of treatment, the PASI score is significantly different from that of before treatment.Moreover the past treatment PASI score is lower than before treatment’s.②Comparing between the treatment group before treatment and normal group, the level of CD3+、 CD8+is indifferent (P>0.05).and the level of CD4+、 CD4+/CD8+is significantly different (P<0.05).moreover the level of CD4+、CD4+/CD8÷in before treatment group is lower than that in the normal group.③Comparing between the treatment group before treatment and after treatment, the level of CD3+and CD8+is indifferent (P>0.05).and the level of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+is significantly different (P<0.05), After a course of treatment, patient in CD4+、CD4+/CD8÷is higher than before treatment.Conclusions:①PASI score of cases who are treated by Decoction for Dissipating Psoriasis which is self designed are lower than that in normal control group, and have obvious curative efficacy for psoriasis vulgaris of the blood-heat type.②Among T cell subgroups in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, the level of CD4+CD4+/CD8+is lower than that in healthy persons. The cell immunity in patients with psoriasis is lower than normal person. After a course of treatment by Decoction for Dissipating Psoriasis, the level of CD4+、 CD4+/CD8+more heighten than before treatment. Above all, Decoction for Dissipating Psoriasis which is self designed can improve the T-Lymphocyte Subsets dysfunction, and improve the body’s cells immune function, and finally achieve control of psoriasis development, and then promote the recovery of disease.
