Gold Hair Pin, Tin, Whip, Drumstick, Overlapping Sheath Five Different Source Of Caulis Dendrobii Pharmacodynamic Evaluation Research | | Posted on:2013-09-14 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L N Zhu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2244330395955988 | Subject:Pharmacy | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective: To observe the effects of the Dendrobium nobileã€Dendrobium candidum〠Dendrobium fimbriaturnã€Dendrobium chrysotoxum and Dendrobium denneanum on gastrointestinal functionã€gastric mucosaã€anti-fatigue and immune function and action mechanism, and reveals its relativity through the study of comparison of Dendrobium form five different plant resources. Methods:â‘ Study the influence to gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsive by using nutritional semisolid paste filling taken method.â‘¡Detect the effect on mice myenteron in vitro by BL-420E+four channel polygraph.â‘¢Observe the gastric mucosal injury in mice by using stereomicroscope.â‘£Observe the anti-fatigue function through the weight loading swimming experiment.⑤To explore the effects of the immune function by the low immune mice caused by CTX.Result:â‘ The experiment of gastric emptying and intestine propulsive results show that: Dendrobium candidum (6g/kg)and Dendrobium denneanum (6g/kg)significantly promote gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsive in normal mice (P<0.05); Dendrobium fimbriatum and Dendrobium chrysotoxum can inhibit gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsive in normal mice(P<0.05); Dendrobium nobile have no obviously effect on gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsive in normal mice(P>0.05). The herbs did not show significant effect on the gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in gastrointestinal motility disorder animal caused by atropine. But can adjust the gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in gastrointestinal motility disorder animal caused by neostigmine, and make it back to normal levels.?Vitro smooth muscle from the mice experimental results show that: Dendrobium denneanum has inhibititroy effect on intestinal smooth muscle from the mice (inhibition rate for21.95%). Dendrobium candidum (-5.45%) and Dendrobium nobile (-0.01%) have the inhibition rate of intestinal smooth muscle very significantly lower than Dendrobium denneanum (P<0.01), the inhibition rate of Dendrobium fimbriatum(22.79%) and Dendrobium chrysotoxum(29.82%) is higher than that of Dendrobium denneanum, but have no significant differences (P>0.05).â‘¢The experiment of observing the gastric mucousal injury shows that: the index of gastric mucosal injury in mice was inhibited after gastric infusion of dendmbii nobilis. The increase of MDA formation induced by Eth was significantly decreased by Dendmbii(ig)(P<0.05), the decrease of SOD and NO contents of gastric mucosal tissue was elevated to normal level(P<0.05), but dendmbii nobilis did not obviously influence the PGE2contents of gastric tissue in mice(P>0.05).â‘£The experimental of mice weight loading swimming results show that: Dendrobium chryseunã€Dendrobium nobieã€Dendrobium candidumã€Dendrobium fimbriatum could significantly prolong the mice’s swimming time(P<0.05), Dendrobium chryseumã€Dendrobium nobieã€Dendrobium candidum reduced the content of serum urea of weight loading swimming mice(P<0.05), Dendrobium chryseum and Dendrobium fimbriatum increased the content of hepatic glycogen(P<0.05), lactic acid content in serum were decreased sign ificantedly of the Dendrobium chryseum〠Dendrobium candidumã€Dendrobium fimbriatum by comparing with negative control group(P<0.05).⑤The experimental of immunologic function results show that: Dendrobium candidum and Dendrobium denneanum could significantly protect the index of thymus and splee(P<0.01, P0.05), Dendrobium nobileã€Dendrobium fimbriatum. and Dendrobium chrysotoxum can significantly protect the index of thymus(P<0.01, P<0.05). Dendrobium nobileã€Dendrobium candidumã€Dendrobium fimbriatumã€Dendrobium chrysotoxum and Dendrobium denneanum could significantly potentiate the macrophage phagocytic function(P<0.01). Dendrobium nobile Dendrobium candidumã€Dendrobium fimbriatum could enforce the delayed-type hypersensitive response(P<0.05). Dendrobium chrysotoxum and Dendrobium denneanum also could enforce the delayed-type hypersensitive response, but have no significant differences(P>0.05).Demdrpbumã€nobileã€Dendrobium candidum Dendrobium fimbriatumã€Dendrobium chrysotoxum and Dendrobium denneanum could improve the serum hemolysin level of mice(P<0.05).Conclusion:â‘ Dendrobium candidum and Dendrobium denneanum could in a certain dose extent promote the gastrointestinal motility, Dendrobium fmbriatum and Dendrobium chrysotoxum could in a certain dose extent inhibit the gastrointestinal motility, and Dendrobium nobile have no apparently effects on gastrointestinal motility.â‘¡Dendrobium denneanumã€Dendrobium fimbriatum and Dendrobium chrysotoxum could inhibit the isolated mice jejunum smooth muscle in some degree. Dendrobium candidum could promote the isolated mice jejunum smooth muscle in some degree. Dendrobium nobile have no apparently effects on the isolated mice jejunum smooth muscle.â‘¢Dendrobium nobileã€Dendrobium candidumã€Dendrobium fimbriatum〠Dendrobium chrysotoxwn and Dendrobium denneanum could possess protective effect on gastric mucosal injury in mice induced by Eth. Its mechanism may be related to anti-oxidative effect (SODã€MDA), and dendrobium chryseum also may be related to improvement of NO level to normal.â‘£Dendrobium chryseumã€Dendrobium nobie〠Dendrobium candidumã€Dendrobium fimbriatum possessed certain anti-fatigue and anti-aging function.⑤Dendrobium nobileã€Dendrobium candidumã€Dendrobium fmbriatumã€Dendrobium chrysotoxum and Dendrobium denneanum can strengthen the immunologic function of low immune mice caused by CTX.This study suggests: The pharmacological effects of Dendrobium form different plant resources have comparability while presented diversity. And the pharmacodynamic actions have different emphasis point. There were the same pharmacodynamic actions when their effect mechanism different greatly. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Dendrobium nobile, Dendrobium candidum, Dendrobium fimbriatum, Dendrobium chrysotoxum, Dendrobium denneanum, Gastrointestinal function, Gastric mucosal protection, Anti-fatigue, Immune function | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
