Nitroglycerin Ointment Joint Expanding Anus Clinical Curative Effect Of Observation For The Treatment Of Chronic Anal Fissure

Objective:To study the clinical effect of taking Nitroglycerin Ointment for external use combined with operation of expanding anus in treating old anal fissure.Methods:60cases according with the observation standard were divided randomly into treatment group(30patients) and control group(30patients). The former had taken Nitroglycerin Ointment for external use combined with treatment of expanding anus; the latter had taken compound carraghenates cream for external use combined with treatment of expanding anus. Patients stopped taking ointment for external use after30days. The two groups were both take hip bath every morning and evening, patients stopped treatment after30days. The hanges of primary clinical symptoms in all cases were observed and evaluated after30days.Results:The outcome of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group in terms of anal pain score, hemophilia score and constipated score, the treatment group has a better clinical effect. Two groups had statistically difference in terms of time of healing pain, hemafecia and wound surface treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking nitroglycerin ointment for external use combined with operation of expanding anus is significantly effective to treat old anal fissure. It can not only eliminate such symptoms as pain and hemafecia, but also promote healing of wound surface.
