Qi In The Treatment Of Iga Nephropathy Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Of Curative Effect Observation

Objectives:To observe the influence of YIQIYANGYIN (YQYYF)on IgA-nephropathy of both Qi and Yin Deficiency type, to calendar the total clinic effects, the general integral of TCM symptoms, proteinuria excretion of24hours, urine red blood cells count, mean artery pressure, renal function(BUN, Scr), creatinine clearance (Ccr), serum immunoglobulin(IgA), complement C3, IgA/C3and so on. Meanwhile try to assess objectively the clinic effects and prognosis of YIQIYANGYIN Decoction on IgAN of Qi and Yin Deficiency type, and to further study the mechanismsMethods:52patients diagnosed of IgAN were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group. The contrast group were taken with Western medicine alone. Patients of treatment group were given daily the YIQIYANGYIN Decoction on the treatment of contrast group. Both groups were treated for three month as one course, Observe the change of general integral of TCM symptoms and other laboratory parameters before and after treatment, the effects of both groups were compared after therapy.Results:(1)Compared with total clinic effects:in the treatment group, the total efficiency was88.5%, while it was69.2%in the contrast group. There was significant different (P<0.05).(2)Comparison of general effects of TCM symptoms:the rate of treatment group was92.3%, while in the contrast group the rate was73.1%, the total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of total score of TCM syndromes:After treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups,there was significant difference (P<0.05).(4) Comparison of individual scores of TCM syndromes: After therapy, the individual syndromes scores between the two groups in shortness of breath, lassitude, vulnerable to cold, feverish sensations, dryness in the mouth and sore throat, palms and soles and edema, there were significant difference(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of urinary red blood cell count (/HP) and proteinuria excretion of24hours:between the two groups after treatment, there were significant difference (P<0.05).(6)Comparison of serum immunoglobulin, complement C3and IgA/C3after treatment:compared with two groups after treatment, it had marked difference in IgA and IgA/C3(P<0.05).(7) Safety Analysis:There was no obvious adverse effect in two groups, which suggested that YIQIYANGYIN Decoction was a safe and effective Chinese treatment.Conclusion:YIQIYANGYIN decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms of IgAN of both Qi and Yin Deficiency type, and also reduce the excretion of urinary erythrocyte and protein, and decrease serum IgA and IgA/C3, which can keep the renal function stable and delay the advancement of kidney disease. So YiQiYangYin decoction is an effective formula to treat IgAN of both Qi and Yin Deficiency type. Up to now, no obvious adverse effect have been found, and attain the aim of high efficiency and safety, which provide a new treatment of IgAN of both Qi and Yin Deficiency type.
