Purpose:Surgery combined with postoperative Chinese medicine treatment ofcomplex acetabular fractures, complex acetabular fractures healing observedIntegrative Medicine, and to evaluate the postoperative combination oftraditional Chinese medicine treatment of complex acetabular fractures clinicalefficacy.Materials and methods:Selected clinical orthopedic hospital in ShenyangCity of pelvic and acetabular Division in January2010to December2011of complexacetabular fractures in72cases,56cases were male and16females, aged22-56years old, average41years old. Were randomly divided into two groups, namelythe control group and TCM group. After admission, the patients were regularshooting pelvic anteroposterior and Judet iliac oblique and obturator obliqueX-rays, all patients underwent CT examination, some patients withthree-dimensional CT scan, merge patients with dislocation of the hip underanesthesia, emergency manipulative reduction of the tibial tubercle tractionto the day of surgery. Surgery patients with fractures, KL approach, ilioinguinalapproach or combined approaches. In this case using the KL approach46cases,the ilioinguinal approach nine cases, the combined approach of17cases.Postoperative patients in the control group conventional treatment, Chinesemedicine patients in the second day after surgery to give self-Decoction ofapplications hip Harris score score, the results of application of statisticalanalysis.Result:72cases were followed up for4-22months, an average of14months,all patients with fractures were healed. Both groups were given the evaluationof hip Harris score. Control group of36patients were excellent in8cases(22.22%); good in18cases (50.00%);9cases (25.00%); and poor in1case (2.78%).Traditional Chinese medicine group of36patients were excellent in19cases(52.78%); good in13cases (36.11%);4cases (11.11%); deviation score. Two samples Ridit analysis,95%confidence intervals overlap, α=0.05,statistically significant difference between the two groups, the efficacy ofTCM group than the control group. Conclusion: For the treatment of complex acetabular fractures, the surgicalapproach should be based on the actual situation of the fracture to choose, without having to adhere to a more difficult approach surgery, but should notbe reset in order to surgery convenient and too expand the incision. Thekocher-Langenbeck approach, ilioinguinal approach and front and rear jointapproach, which can be solve common clinical vast majority of acetabularfractures. Reset the order of acetabular fractures should be priority reset thefracture fragment and shift before and after the column better. Triangularrevealed intraoperative acetabular anterior column acetabular posterior columnof quadrilateral symmetry using the reset clamp, the bending of the steel plateattached and fixed position, anatomical reduction of fractures and fixed.Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment "and" both diseases anti-change "theory,is the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine to promote fracture healing afterthe theoretical basis. The samples of traditional Chinese medicine group ofpatients given the treatment of Chinese medicine decoction postoperativeeffective to help patients restore bodily functions, reducing the occurrenceof postoperative complications, the prognosis is significantly better in thecontrol group.
