| Purpose: To summarize of clinical experience of teacher treatment ofpseudobulbar palsy.Methods: By observing the teacher treatment of pseudobulbar palsy in clinical,combined with experience of teacher, summed up instructors pseudobulbar palsyetiology, pathogenesis, treatment, acupuncture point selection and prescriptiondrug’s clinical experience, and the characteristics of the treatment ofpseudobulbar palsy.Results: The clinical experience of teacher’s treatment of pseudobulbar palsyis as follows: the treatment of pseudobulbar palsy should be based on courseof disease, illness, disease and its different stages of individual treatment.The psychological treatments should be use throughout the whole period. In acutephase doctors should pay attention to the treatment of the primary disease, andwith a distal acupuncture points to promote the absorption of the recovery ofwhole body. During recovery stage the acupuncture therapy should be combinedwith Chinese herbs. Focus on systemic complications of conditioning, MagicalBack-shu points. At last, in sequela period doctors should pay attention to theprevention of the complications.Conclusion: Teacher’s treatment of pseudobulbar palsy general principles are:1. Integrative Medicine, acute attention to the treatment of the primary disease.2. Early intervention acupuncture treatment. The earlier the better.3. Syndromedifferentiation, local overall balance.4.
