Heat-clearing And Detoxicating Decoction Treatment Of Cervical Hpv Infection Toxic Heat Wenjie Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective To observe the Qing Re Jie Du Decoction on clinical effecacy of cervical HPV infection in patients, and explore its action mechanism,Method60patients with cervical HPV were randomly divided into treatment group and Control group,there were30cases in each group; treatment group was treated with Qing Re Jie Du Decoction a dose, sooner or later the service,and the night before going to bed1piece of Bao Fu Kang Shuan in vaginal fornix approach cervical mouth, from menstrual cclean third days of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and the local administration,continuous use14days as a course of treatment,1menstrual cycle only one course of treatment,continuous treatment of three courses,stop taking medication during the menstrual period,to prohibit sex life,the control group only treated with topical usage,Fourth cucle menstrual clean3days after the start of assessment of efficacy.Two groups were observed before and treatment of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome,change detection in HPVDNA.Results Both the two groups can improve the symptoms of patients with cervical HPV infection, reduce cervical HPVDNA (viral load), and improve the TCM syndrome, the total effective rate of the treatment group were93%,70%, the total effective rate of the control group were93%,76.7%, and the treatment group were superior to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The results showed that both the Qing Re Jie Du Decoction combined with the Bao Fu Kang Shuan and single topical Bao Fu Kang Shuan can reduce the patients’ main symptom and cervix HPV DNA(viral load).However, the treatment group is better than the control group.
