| Hp associated gastritis (HpAG) is a kind of chronic gastritis which main etiology is helicobacter pylori. Hp associated gastritis can be further development for bowel, hyperplasia, atrophy and even cancer. While the eradication of helicobacter pylori is the key of cure the disease and end of the further development of the disease. The main modern medicine treatment of helicobacter pylori is depend on antibiotic. Due to reasons such as abuse of antibiotics and non-standard use of an-tibiotics, The drug resistance rate of Hp is rising up. So that the eradication rate of Hp is on the decline. To explore for the effect of dialectical differentiation combine the standard triple therapy on the enhance of Hp eradication rate and improve symptoms and patients quality of life. For traditional Chinese medicine with modern medicine therapy for Hp correlation gastritis clinical basis. Clinical basis for Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment of Hp-associated gastritis by enhance Hp eradication rate and decrease Hp resistance.Method:64patients met the inclusion criteria of Hp related gastritis, central randomly divided into two groups. Standard triple therapy in the treatment of32cases. Tradit ional Chinese medicine, in combination wi th standard triple therapy in32patients. Control group standard triple therapy (Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets20mg+Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium capsules0.5g+Clarithromycin tablets0.5g Bid po for10days) treatment. Respectively, for the patient’s symptoms rat ings at the time of into the group,after the end of treatment,1month after the end of follow-up. Score PRO scale, SF-36survival quality scale at the time of into the group,1month after the end of follow-up. At the same t ime, we also observed and recorded the situat ion of security checks, vital signs. Contrast the difference between the two groups.Result:(1) Negative rate of the treatment group was90%. Negative rate for the control group was80.8%. Statistical analysis was performed on the two groups. Showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).(2) Compared the after treatment score and before treatment score for treatment group to the control group. Both have significantly different (P<0.01). To compare the symptom score difference between the two groups before treatment and after treatment, no significant difference in the symptom score difference between the two groups is displayed (P>0.05).(3) The total efficiency of the two groups for stat istical analysis, prompt total effective rate was no significant difference (P>0.05).(4) PRO Points before and after treatment were signif icant ly different (P<0.01), the two groups of treatment programs can improve patient symptoms, the PRO integration difference before and after treatment were statistically analyzed, both were significantly different (P<0.05), Treatment group mean integral differential is greater than the control group, proved that treated patients improved self-assessment symptoms than the control group.(5)There are significant differences (P<0.05) before and after treatment quality of life integral difference.statistical analysis the two integral difference, a significant difference between them (P<0.05).(6) Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine prescription of the26patients in the treatment group, the application of a total of60herbs, total drug use frequency was397, of which the largest frequency of medication is chenpi, a total of25times. Statistical classification of Chinese medicine, prompt qi drugs most widely used, there are20species, followed by the dampness drugs14.Conclusion:Chinese medicine combined with standard triple therapy for the treatment of Hp-related gastritis can enhance Helicobacter pylori eradication rate compared with standard triple therapy,but no significant difference between the two, may have a certain relationship with the sample size is relatively small; Both can be improve symptoms, self-assessment symptoms, quality of life. Diagnosis and treatment in combination with standard triple therapy to improve patients’symptom scores almost the same effect of the comparison group, and improve patient self-assessment of symptoms and survival treatment has obvious advantages in reducing patients lost to fol low-rate, has some advantages in reducing adverse drug events. Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment combined with standard triple therapy can increase the Hp eradication rate of lip-associated gastritis, improve the symptoms of patients with self-assessment. There are obvious advantages in the quality of life, reduce the incidence of adverse events of western medicine.It is also provide a strong support on enhance Hp eradication rates, reduce the resistance rates by Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment combined standard triple therapy. |
