In the past, people always say that HUA’s main influence on the human body is the corresponding disease of urate crystal deposition in the kidney and joints, in recent years, studies have shown that HUA is closely associated with the metabolic syndrome, metabolic syndrome is a collection of diseases which are associated with insulin resistance, it include high blood pressure, lipid metabolic disorder and abnormal glucose tolerance, central obesity, metabolic abnormalities, such as trace of albuminuria and these metabolic abnormalities are equal in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, actively seeking safe and effective control of uric acid levels for based on the atherosclerosis of coronary heart disease prevention, have important meanings to improve prognosis.Now traditional Chinese and western medicine’s study of blood uric acid progress faster, but the shortcomings of their own development are unavoidable. Oral western medicine clinical often uses the drugs such as allopurinol and probenecid to treatment, but the long-term use of these drugs would have a number of toxic side effects, blood uric acid is easy to rebound after the drug was stopped, long-dated curative effect is poor; Chinese medicine’s treatment for HUA is varied, but some patients can not accept the taste of Chinese medicine, gastrointestinal irritation and the trouble of TCM tisanes which make drug dependence poor. Acupuncture and moxibustion is curative treatment for HUA, compared with western medicine it has no side effects, and can effectively improve TCM symptoms in patients with hyperuricacidemia.HUA belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine’"phlegm turbid" and "blood stasis", this topic research think the disease belong to the deficiency of the spleen and kidney, often with blood stasis, dampness, phlegm turbid water, wet poison, etc."phlegm turbid" and "blood stasis" are the important pathogenesis of HUA, phlegm and dispelling stasis is an important treatment of HUA.Blood in treatment of HUA is based on the experience of using acupuncture,compared with the treatment such as the body acupuncture, auricular needle, qigong, massage and other non-drug therapy,Pricking Blood can reduce the blood viscous degrees, to benign adjustment of blood components, and stimulate the blood vessels caused by vascular smooth muscle cell complex signaling, it can invigorate the circulation and expectorant effect is applicable to phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction.This study aims to observe the curative effect for HUA by Pricking Blood.This paper the two parts of literature review and clinical research.Literature review includes two articles, the first review summarizes the research progress of modern medicine for HUA in past ten years, it discusses the close relationship between abnormal blood uric acid level and metabolic syndrome, we consider that the blood uric acid level is of an importance method in prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disease.In the Second comprehensive,we analysis TCM’s theoretical basis, and treatment for HUA from the"phlegm turbid" and "blood stasis" in the nearly ten years.Clinical research partPurpose:in order to explore safe and effective method for the treatment of high uric acid hematic disease, to provide the basis for clinical treatment of HUAmore means. We compared the thorn blood therapy for HUA with western medicine such as allopurinol tablets by free combination. Methods:We divided65patients who are diagnosed with the HUA of phlegm and blood stasis into observation group and control group by the principle of free combination. In the basic treatment, while the observation group to take Committee, the Committee Yang, Zu San Li, Yang Ling Quan, Yin Ling Quan, Hong Leong any four points of which were pricking blood therapy; Give the control group Allopurinol20mg Qn for drug treatment. To observe the changes of clinical symptoms, blood uric acid, blood rheology, and conduct security testing after treatment, recording adverse events. Finally statistical analysis of clinical efficacy and safety. Results:The two groups in gender, age, course of diseases, body mass index, illness, disease clinical general aspects have no significant difference; Observation group of lowering the blood uric acid in the total efficacy rate was90.9%, control group was90.6%, after the statistics analysis, two groups of blood uric acid in total curative effect is equal,they are no significant difference (P>0.05); But in terms of the improvement of the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment group is superior to control group (P <0.05); in the process of the research,there is no serious adverse reaction, all of the blood, urine routine, liver and kidney function test have no obvious change. Conclusion:stab winding spilled blood therapy in the treatment for HUA of phlegm and blood stasis junction is a safe and effective method,it is worthy of clinical application. |
