Influenza viruses are important pathogens of respiratory tract infection. Influenza pandemic produced a great menace to the people’s health in our country and even the whole world. The Advantage of Traditional Chinese Medicine anti-influenza virus is not the direct antiviral but in the overall regulation, and adjusting the immune state, improving anti influenza virus immunity. Therefore, it is profound meaning to strengthen the research of Chinese medicine anti influenza virus. This experiment discussed two kinds of different treatment between Anti-influenza formulas of shufengxuanfei and Anti-influenza formulas of jiebiaoqingli. It provided theoretical basis of clinical application for Anti-influenza formulas of shufengxuanfei、Anti-influenza formulas of jiebiaoqingli.Objective:To study the effect of the FM1influenza virus infection in mice lung index,lung injury, the content of the virus hemagglutination titer and neuraminidase in the lung tissue,and the content of IL-1, IL-8, TNF-α, MMP-1, MMP-9in lung tissue, by using the two methods ofAnti-influenza formulas of shufengxuanfei and Anti-influenza formulas of jiebiaoqingli. To provide theoretical support and reference for two kinds of traditional Chinese herbal compounding on clinical application of anti influenza.
