Malignant ascites is a common complication of various malignant tumors, due to the peritoneal tumor invasion, to forma rapid, difficult to control, the incidence rates are on the rise in recent years. The pathogenesis is not very clear, it may cause the body system dysfunction caused by the rapid increase in the results of the lubricating fluid in the peritoneal tumor. Difficult to control because of their primary disease, the pathogenesis is not clear, treatment is more difficult. Western medicine treatment of diuretic, drainage of ascites, chemotherapy drugs or biologies intraperitoneal injection mainly achieved a certain effect, there are still some limitations in clinical applications. Application of diuretics, drainage of ascites immediate effect, but the long-term maintenance less effective, and easy to cause the loss of a large number of proteins, water and electrolyte disturbances, renal failure, shock and other serious consequences. Complexes in clinical the intraperitoneal chemotherapy drugs and biological agents due to adverse reactions are more expensive application is limited; in recent years, the emerging thermal therapy treatment is also based on synergies from the other treatments, not at this stage due to equipment costs been widely used. Therefore, to explore a more effective, convenient, economic, side effects of treatment is an important task of the clinical staff. The Chinese play a certain advantage in the treatment of tumor ascites. Mentor years of clinical experience, and department clinical application of exploration, take cinobufacini injection intraperitoneal treatment of malignant ascites achieved good clinical efficacy. Objective:through clinical observation, the application cinobufotalin intraperitoneal infusion treatment of malignant ascites in patients with clinical symptoms and local syndromes, the amount of ascites (ultrasound, abdominal circumference), KPS score, ascites conventional, biochemical, swelling the subject of changes in data management, statistical existing treatment options to be evaluated systematically explore an effective method for the treatment of malignant ascites and enrich the means and methods of treatment of the disease. Methods:A prospective study method, observation met the inclusion criteria from June2012to March2013, a total of61cases of patients with malignant ascites from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Oriental Hospital oncology ward were randomly divided into two groups, drainage of ascites, The treatment group received intraperitoneal the Chinese toad injection, the control group to the perfusion White interleukin-2injection, observed before treatment and changes in the amount of ascites treatment days7,14,30, changes in the quality of life, and the treatment period (2weeks) clinical symptoms, ascites conventional, biochemical, swelling and other standard indicators of changes observed clinical data collected organize SPSS17.0statistical software to establish a database for statistical analysis in order to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups and life quality. Results:The complete remission:two cases, partial remission:13cases, not complete remission:15cases, ineffective:16cases, the effective rate was65.2%; the control group was46.7%, significant ly lower than the treatment group, and the two there is a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:the Chinese toad injection by intraperitoneal change drug conventional route of administration, the drug indirect contact with the lesions, so that the drug directly to patients, is a simple, minimally invasive, drug s ide effects, tolerance treatment, especially for advanced cancer ascites amount, elderly and frail patients. Its efficacy, can significantly reduce the amount of ascites, improve symptoms, improve the quality of life in patients with a worthy "green therapy" approach.
