The" Xiandai Hanyu Babai Ci"(BY Mr. Lv Shuxiang) is China’s first modern Chinese grammar dictionary. The modern Chinese function words and part of content words were studied systematically, formed a unique system of grammar. It advanced theory, system science, pay attention to practical, research on Chinese fact deeply, in our academic language has far-reaching influence. Many papers on the "800Words", but there is no research for the book as a whole system. In this paper, the systematic study of the morphology and syntax "800words", summarizes the characteristics of the grammar system to explore the grammar study, to a deeper understanding of this syntax masterpiece.There are six parts in this paper.PART1Introduction.This chapter describes the significance of the problem, topics, and combed the grammarians "800words" research and evaluation, and also describes the content and methods of this study.PART2This chapter describes the morphological changes of Chinese, Speech Division, and word formation characteristics of Chinese, discusses the phenomena and Chinese juxtapositions. The concept of Mr. Lv Shuxiang can be seen, we can also see the problems in the study of modern Chinese word.PART3This chapter studied the division of the sentence elements and sentence system, and the clause concept,"small hub" can be seen from the development process.PART4This chapter summarizes the characteristics of the "800word" grammar system, and provides helps for the further research by reflecting on the problems in the study.PART5By analyzing the "800words" of Chinese voice, semantic, stylistic, and explore their syntax. The research investigated the "800Words" effect in the study of grammar.PART6Conclusion. This chapter reviewes the whole paper and raises the issues that needs further research.
