With the development of society, we gradually realize that to protectand pass on Intangible Cultural Heritage is a proposition of the theory andpractice of double meaning, reasonable protection and heritage, itsexploration of the vitality and momentum of sustainable development isour common responsibilities and obligations. Into the college one of theimportant form of education heritage of non-materia] cultural heritageprotection, in to see the significance of the heritage and protection ofintangible cultural heritage at the same time we must not overlook theeducational value of the process of educational heritage is the cultureimperceptibly heritage process. Therefore, colleges and universities,especially universities of art is closely related to the art and art collegesand universities should take up the Intangible Cultural Heritagepreservation, heritage and innovation in the modern society the historicalmission. Exploration of ethnic dances of the Intangible Cultural HeritageUniversity of succession, which aims to intangible cultural heritage in theuniversity’s heritage and protection for a long time to explore a practicalnew ways of protection, inheritance, development, and promote theoutstanding minority cultures, train specialized personnel ofr intangiblecultural heritage effotrs. This thesis is divided into the introduction and three chapters of thisthesis discusses. The introduction explains the topics of origins andsignificance of the study, carried out the synthesis and analysis of relevantresearch results in the recent years, to clarify this thesis research theoryand research methods as well as the core concepts. The first chapterdescribed the difference of the University Folk Dance Education andIntangible Cultural Heritage Education with the same strain. Chapterinvestigation and analysis of the intangible cultural heritage education ofseveral colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, Yunnan Institute ofthe Arts Dance Academy, Yunnan Ethnic folk dance heritage and teachingcourses to be concerned about, through a questionnaire survey analysisproposed the existence problem. The final chapter, I proposed the idea ofthe construction of the Yunnan Ethnic folk dance heritage and teachingcourses, the necessity of the characteristics of the course from thecurriculum, curriculum design, teaching, and problem improve thefeasibility of improved views.
