That is, Studio Ghibli Inc (SGI) in Japan.In this thesis, firstly from the macro point of view, quick taking look at the3world largest movie markets (US, Japan and China), and roughly analysis theJapan movie market for more than past30years and clarifying the position ofSGI in it.Secondly, briefly look back the history of SGI and analysis its corporatebrand value in Japan market. Then get a quick overview of SGI’s strongestbusiness model that is called “Integrated Multi Revenue Tree System” namedby the author.Thirdly (at the end), from the micro point of view, we review severaldifferentiation tactics of SGI at the founding stage by overviewing the wordsand conducts of3main personnel (director Isao TAKAHATA, director HayaoMIYAZAKI and Producer Toshio SUZUKI) who are in the central of SGI.The purpose of the thesis is to grasp the SGI’s vaguely-realities at theirfounding stage to now.
