Qian Mu in order to study literature as a starting point, with historicalfame, and collection of traditional ancient Chinese literature search inthe life, was the20th century, the famous modern Chinese master ofancient Chinese literature search, but it is also an educator to write aglorious chapter in the history of Chinese education in the20th century.Qian Mu stressed that the development of traditional Chinese cultureand Western culture, to strengthen students humanistic education, to"cultivate an ideal and perfect personality" for his lifes purpose ofeducation. At present, our country will be humanistic quality educationas vocational colleges for the21st century, a strategic move to improvethe quality of education. Through the realization of the concept ofhumanistic education, humanistic knowledge into students innerspiritual quality, improving students moral and cultural qualities,cultivate students morality and sound personality. Higher vocationalChinese education is not only the humanities courses, but also the mostbasic, the most direct and important course to improve the humanisticqualities of vocational college students. This article is from the Qian Musthought of humanistic education in Chinese teaching of HigherVocational Education of the students humanistic quality training, toimprove the students personality, to promote all-round development ofstudents in Higher Vocational colleges.The first part of this article focuses on Mr. Qian Mus humanisticeducational thought the core content and the origin. Qian Mu debutXingtan since the age of18, from a primary and secondary schoolteachers, onto the university stage, North and south of the university lefthis figure. In the more than seventy years of educational work, he really practice on the" class teaching, is my business" promise, to cultivate alarge number of carrying forward Chinese culture academic personnelfor our country. As an educator, Qian Mu attached importance toeducation, culture education as a national historical and cultural life.His philosophy of education is to carry forward the traditional culture,study and life of both; he advocated " people especially in the experts"general education; he takes the Chinese and western educationalthought through the fusion and so on, he never had a special writingabout these ideas, but to integrate his life course and lots of academicworks, elegant thought.The second part analyzes the humanistic education and Chineseteaching, explores the advantages of language subjects in thehumanities accomplishment on the edge, explores the relationshipbetween Qian Mus national culture, literature and language teaching.The third part of this article mainly through to our school studentsquestionnaire results, open the humanistic quality of college studentsand the current situation of humane education in Chinese teaching ofhigher vocational education, in order to discover a problem, masterstatus quo of worth and areas for improvement.The fourth part of this article is mainly to Qian Mus humanisticeducation thought as a guidance, mining higher vocational Chinesehuman resources, optimizing higher vocational teaching method andimprove the Chinese teachers in Higher Vocational humanitiesperspective, in order to reflect the Qian Mu’s Educational Thought onthe contemporary social value, and with a view to the future of fiveyears system higher vocational training to provide more targetedempirical reference and recommendations for intervention.
