At present, it is only a few of the applying and study of the implementation of blended leaning in traditional schools.Developing excogitation of teaching design study and teaching case in view of Moodle platform blended learning, it has a very important research value, in the promotion of primary and secondary school teachers blended learning. The research has done case experimental study on the application of blended learning based on Moodle open source system in junior middle school Physics course, chosen many students from my middle school Grade8as operating people, and do some analyzing of experiment using and results. Before and after experiments, the students of two parallel classes were administrated independent learning ability, the result of physics and interest in learning physics with the questionnaires which have good validity and reliability.And research asked for help of related software to start experiments about data analysis. Experiments confirm blended learning based on Moodle good for students to develop independent learning ability, exalt physics learning interest, increase physical study results. Experiment medium still has a surprised result that it also can get benefits to reduce polarization.
