Under The Background Of Cultural Globalization Culture Security Research In Our Country

Since the1990s, with the accelerated development of economic globalization, cultural globalization has become an objective trend of integration,moreover, cultural exchange accompanying the conflicts and contradictions become increasingly prominent, the resulting of culture security issues have become an unavoidable reality. Due to the special conditions, the cultural and security issues are more important and urgent in our country. this article is attempted to absorb the results of previous studies on the basis of innovation and divided into four parts followed by progressive a systematic exposition of cultural globalization and China’s cultural security issues according the relationship between the Cultural globalization and cultural security.Firstly:explaination of basic theory about Cultural globalization and cultural security. Cultural globalization and cultural connotation of security are defined, a brief analysis of the relationship between the two is also gived and stressed that security is of great significance to preserve our culture.Secondly:combing the achievement in maintenance of cultural safety progress and effectiveness since reform and opening up in China. Comprehensively expatiated the evolutive understanding of cultural security and development of our national leaders, improved people’s awareness of cultural security, enhanced the intensity of the state in the maintenance of cultural security, but also enhanced the ability in maintenance of cultural safety of the entire country. This discourse is of great significance for China’s cultural security building.Thirdly:systematically analyzed the challenges faced and the reasons of China’s cultural security. The cultural safety situation in China is not optimistic by now and faced with many challenges, not only Western culture penetration to China’s cultural market from outside, and even ideological impact, as well as decadent and backward culture of our own internal hindered the healthy development of the culture. The main reasons are the following:First, cultural and security issues become even more prominent accompany with the development of cultural globalization; second, the America carried out the cultural hegemony strategy and occupy most of the cultural market; third, our country is a society in transition at this stage and the kind of institutional mechanisms is not perfect and relatively weak at the chain, so that the Western countries are able to take advantage of a variety of factors to make China’s cultural security crises. Fourthly:the measures to be taken in allusion to national cultural security in the cultural globalization contex is brought forward. We should begin with the ideology of China, strengthen the construction of socialist core value system as well as adhere to the mainstream ideology of Marxism shaken at the same time,but also increase the ideological education of the citizens to improve the spontaneous awareness and capacity of maintaining cultural safety.we should correctly handle the relationship between the"bringing in" and "going out" to take the essence and discard the dregs.we should develop culture industry as well as improve the country’s cultural soft power and be backed by great strength. We should promote our culture exchange with foreign countrise through cultural diplomacy, and constantly promote the progress and development of China’s cultural, multi-pronged approach to jointly safeguard the security of our culture.
