College Students' Career Decision-making Factors Influencing The Scale Of Preparation And Application Of Research

Based on the studies of others, this study try to compile the "College Students’ Career Decision Factor Inventory" by the methods of interviews, questionnaires.At first, college students in Nanjing as the research subjects, using self-compiled "college career decision-making factor scale,""self-differentiation scale", conducted a questionnaire survey to explore the characteristics of college career decision-making factors and self-differentiation characteristics, examining relations between the career decision-making factors and self-differentiation relationship, The following is the results:1The differentiation, reliability, construct validity and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the preparation of the career decision-making factor scale has good reliability and validity of indicators used in the student population, by the official forecast and test facilities.2There was significant difference in gender, grade, professional and other demographic variables of students. While there were no significant differences in whether a child or source of students.3Factors in career decision-making and self-differentiation between the various dimensions of the correlation analysis showed that family support and high self-differentiation-related, career awareness, career emotional, career and family support will also have a strong level of self-differentiation-related. The dimensions of self-differentiation and the correlation between career decision-making factors analysis showed that the integration with the people cut off and the career decision-making and emotional impact of a high correlation between the factors.4The integration of people cut off the emotional dimensions in Self-differentiation variables of college students and self-location of career decision-making factors are significant predictors.
