The bilateral relations have been developing very well since China and Russia established diplomatic relations. The greatest threat which may harm the stable relationship between China and Russia has been resolved when the historical Sino-Russian border issue was settled in May2005. Both the Chinese and foreign experts are all optimistic about the prospects of the development of the two countries. However, in Russia, there have been the anxieties of Chinese immigration to the Russian Far East since the end of the20th century, and later the anxieties developed into "Chinese Immigration Threat". It includes population threat, economic threat, social and cultural threat and political and military threat. Although these threat theories are not enough to influence the current trend in the development of Sino-Russian relations, but if we do not response to them and clarify matters, they are bound to damage the long-term development of Sino-Russian relations. This article will firstly reveal the virtual falsity of "the Russian domestic Chinese immigrant threat theory" based on the data from rigorous demographers and economists in both China and Russia. The number of Chinese immigrants, the economic contribution rate, the immigration sources of funding and other data are all included in these statistics. Secondly this article will reveal the theoretic falsity of "the Russian domestic Chinese immigrant threat theory" based on the international migration "push-pull theory". We can conclude that the attractiveness of Russia on the Chinese immigrants is a weak "pull" force considering the progress of the regional integration in Northeast Asia and the economic and political development of Russia and China after the2008international economic crisis. Finally, it will analysis the causes of "the Russian domestic Chinese immigrant threat theory", and give advice on how to response to the threat theories. It will help China and Russia to clearly recognize the fallacy of "the Russian domestic Chinese immigrant threat theory", consolidate the friendship of the two countries. It will also provide reference for China developing relationship with other neighboring countries at the same time.
