Aging is becoming increasingly serious, the private pension institutions can not meet the needs of older persons, Chaoyang District, Changchun City, in order to improve the service status of the private pension institutions, improve the quality of life of older persons within the institutions, and promote the further development of the pension institutions, civilquestionnaires and satisfaction surveys of the elderly within the pension agency, to study the problems of the private pension institutions at this stage in the service, and to improve the program and hope to promote the further development of the private pension institutions, thereby enhancing the elderly people within the organizationquality of life, and comprehensively improve the quality of life of elderly age, to reduce the dependent children, to promote the development of China’s pension agency to resolve the contradiction of demand is greater than the supply of pension institutions to alleviate the continuous serious pension problem.The first literature, by collecting domestic and foreign research information on pension institutions, and these data were analyzed to understand the status quo of the domestic and foreign pension institutions to provide a theoretical basis for the study; In this paper, then in2009September the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued by the pension institutions ’specifications, a standard’ checklist in "service" indicators as a basis for design of the questionnaire, check the elderly in institutional care for the object, to investigate the supply of institutional care services and the elderlydepth interviews of pension institutions, operators and service personnel understand the business philosophy of the pension institutions operating in the course of business problems and needs, and hope to be able to find methods to solve these difficulties by studying on the satisfaction of the service;to promote the further development of the private pension institutions.Research, Chaoyang District, Changchun City, the17private pension institutions can be found, the hardware facilities of these pension institutions is generally inadequate and can not meet the multi-level needs of the elderly. Lack of funds, their own lack of scientific management methods, need to own the joint efforts of government, society, and pension institutions, not only to improve the hardware facilities of the pension institutions the construction of the software can not be ignored, so by all parties work together in order to promote the attitude of life of older persons within the pension agency to improve the elderly on the overall satisfaction, thus contributing to private pension institutions faster and better development.
